We choose this hotel as it's located at a shopping alley & alot of eatery shops!!! The hotel staff dun realy understand english but they do try very hard to serve us ;) room is clean & the coffee & ramen they provided were a nice touch!! (Ramen was hot & nice) hotel oso provided a induction cooker in the room so we can cook miso soup..... :)
The room's key is not a card key but with a big room number keyring. Guess most of the hotels in Hokkaido are like that coz the other hotels we checkin oso no card key!!!! But it's a small matter....

I had a wonderful experience during New Year! The hotel is located right in the heart of the shopping area, making it super easy to find great restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast spread was excellent – I loved the variety and quality! Plus, I enjoyed the onsen; it was a fantastic way to relax after a busy day of exploring, and they even offered free popsicles afterward!
The room felt a bit cramped, especially with all my luggage. The onsen could get pretty crowded during peak times, which was a little disappointing. the airport limousine doesn’t stop nearby, so I had to drag my bags through the snow. Be prepared for a bit of a trek!

I stayed for four nights at this fantastic hotel while exploring the vibrant shopping scene. The location is unbeatable, with quick access to shopping streets and public transport. My room was spacious, comfy, and clean. I loved the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the best I've experienced, offering a wide variety of local delicacies. The public baths were a relaxing retreat, and the free coffee, ramen, and ice pops throughout the day were a good touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The underground access is very practical, especially during winter. The free public bath was definitely the highlight of our stay, and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of delicious options for all tastes.
We also had trouble finding a parking spot nearby, which was a bit inconvenient. our stay was enjoyable and we would still recommend it to anyone looking for a central and comfortable stay in the city.
